On Dec 28 , the ceremony for the start of the construction and contract signing of the second batch of key projects in Hainan Pilot Free Trade Zone is held in Haikou, Hainan province.

　　A total of 147 projects with the investment of 108.3 billion yuan, including government investment projects, enterprise investment projects, major infrastructure projects, industrial projects and social livelihood projects, are started to accelerate the construction of Hainan Pilot Free Trade Zone.
